By accessing or using Nexus Hub ("Service"), operated by Never Ending Solutions ("NES", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Nexus Hub is a project management, developer performance tracking, and competency assessment platform. Features include kanban boards, time tracking, team evaluations, meeting scheduling, compliance reporting, and integrations with third-party services including Google Calendar and Google Sheets.
3. Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account or email/password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful code
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorization
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of content you create in the Service (cards, comments, evaluations, etc.). By using the Service, you grant NES the right to store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the platform. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with Google APIs (Calendar, Sheets) and other third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
